Preparation
Before you start, gather all the necessary parts and tools listed in the manual. This ensures a smoother assembly process without interruptions. Here's what you'll need:
- #E: Swivel Base Ring × 1
- #F: Support Bar-1 × 1
- #G: Support Bar-2 × 1
- #H: M6 × 15mm Screws × 5
- #J: Washers × 5
- #M: Allen Wrench × 1 (included)
Lay out all parts in a clear workspace and ensure no items are missing before proceeding.
Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
Follow these instructions carefully to assemble your swivel chair base correctly:
-
Prepare Your Workspace
Place a soft cloth or mat on the floor to protect the parts from scratches during assembly.
-
Position the Swivel Base Ring (#E)
Ensure the side with the anti-slip pads of #E is facing upwards. Hold it steady and lift to continue with the next assembly steps.
-
Attach Support Bar-1 (#F)
Align the two ends of #F with any two opposite holes on #E.
-
Lightly Secure the Screws
Take two washers (#J) and slide them onto two M6 × 15mm screws (#H). Use the Allen wrench (#M) to lightly screw them into the aligned holes without fully tightening.
-
Attach Support Bar-2 (#G)
Position #G beneath #F, aligning the two ends of #G with the remaining two holes on #E.
-
Repeat the Securing Process
Repeat Step 4 for the screws and washers to lightly secure #G to #E.
-
Align the Center Hole
Adjust the positions of #F and #G to ensure their middle holes are perfectly aligned.
-
Secure the Center Hole
Slide one washer (#J) onto the last M6 × 15mm screw (#H). Use the Allen wrench (#M) to lightly screw it into the center hole, connecting #F and #G.
-
Tighten All Screws
Once all parts are aligned and lightly secured, use the Allen wrench to evenly tighten all screws. Ensure that each screw is firmly in place for a stable assembly.

Q&A: Common Assembly Issues and Solutions
Q: The holes on the parts don’t align properly during assembly.
A: Don’t worry! This is normal during the initial assembly phase. As long as you loosely secure the screws following the steps, the holes will align perfectly once all screws are tightened at the end.
Q: The length of my Support Bar-1 (#F) seems too long, too short, or slightly bent.
A: This can occur due to minor variances in production or transportation during shipping. Gently adjust by holding both ends of #F and applying light pressure to align it into the correct position.
Q: I can’t fit Support Bar-2 (#G) into the base.
A: Try applying firm downward pressure to ensure #G fits snugly into place on #E. If necessary, you may use a rubber mallet or similar tool to gently tap it into position.
Q: My Swivel Base Ring (#E) doesn’t look perfectly round and appears slightly deformed.
A: The base may appear oval or deformed due to compression during shipping. This is not a defect and will naturally correct itself once the assembly is complete.
Q: What should I do if parts are damaged or scratched during assembly?
A: No need to worry! Simply contact us within the warranty period, and we will provide you with replacement parts promptly.
Q: Can I use my own tools for assembly instead of the provided Allen wrench?
A: Absolutely! Using your own tools, such as a power drill with an Allen key bit, can make the process faster and more convenient. Just be cautious not to overtighten the screws.
